Current development activity in the city includes the construction of a 4,000-square-foot restaurant building to be located at the southwest corner of Bushard Street and Warner Avenue in the Plavan Plaza shopping center.
While a tenant has not yet been identified, the city’s economic development team is collaborating with the property owner to attract a quality restaurant to the space.
Also, recently approved by the Planning Commission is a new 10,197-square-foot building at the southwest corner of Brookhurst Street and Warner Avenue. The first floor of the new building will be a 2,844-square-foot restaurant, and the second floor will be used for office space by local businesses.
