The FVHS Pep Squad capped off an incredible season in February at the USA Spirit Nationals. The junior varsity cheer team, coached by Courtney Davis, took center stage and earned first place in the co-ed novice JV cheer division. This victory marked the culmination of an undefeated season, highlighting the team’s skill, teamwork, and discipline. Their national championship win is a testament to the athletes’ relentless effort and their coach’s commitment to excellence.
But the Pep Squad’s triumphs didn’t stop there. The varsity song team, coached by Abby Server, also had an outstanding performance at USA Spirit Nationals, clinching bronze medals in the highly competitive var sity pom intermediate division.
Competing against 15 teams from California, Nevada, and Arizona, the varsity song team stood out for its precision, energy, and artistry, earning a spot on the podium and bringing home another prestigious achievement for the program.
The FVHS Pep Squad program, directed by Lauren Limbach, continues to inspire excellence in spirit and performance. Under her leadership, both the JV and varsity teams have flourished, developing their skills and pushing the boundaries of what they can achieve.
