With October here, the smell of pumpkins is in the air – thanks to the Irvine Railroad’s Pumpkin Patch.
Located inside Irvine Regional Park, it’s one of the largest pumpkin patches in Orange County, featuring over 1,000 pumpkins sourced from local farmers.
A beloved fall tradition, the patch also offers train and hayrides, face painting, carnival games, pumpkin decorating and the chance to pick the perfect pumpkin.
The pumpkin patch opened Sept. 13 and runs daily through Oct. 31.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends. Reservations are required on October weekends through the Irvine Park Railroad website, irvineparkrailroad.com.
Reservations are $20 per person and include admission and a train ride. Activity tickets are $8 each, or $100 for a book of 15 if purchased upon arrival. Park entrance is $3 per car for weekdays and $5 per car on weekends.
Train tickets are $8 per person over 12 months old, unless covered by a weekend reservation. Children younger than 1 ride free. For ticket questions, visit the website or call 714-997-3968.
Happy Halloween!
