SOAP-MAKING WORKSHOP

Teens and tweens can get into the Halloween spirit by making their own decorative soap. Participants may choose from fall scents such as cinnamon for their Halloween- themed creations.

ADULT YARNCRAFT GROUP

Interested in knitting or crocheting? Looking for new project ideas? Or just getting started and want to learn the basics? The library’s monthly yarncraft group may be a good fit. October’s session will take place from 3 to 5 p.m.

SPOOKY TERRARIUMS

Families can create holiday decorations with a spooky twist. Participants will be able to choose from a variety of themed items to design their own terrarium.

RSVP RECRUITMENT NOW OPEN

The Fountain Valley Retired Senior Volunteer Program, or RSVP, launched with nine volunteers in June 1990 and has since grown to more than 40 members. RSVP volunteers serve in a variety of capacities and under the guidance of a police sergeant.
