Body Nearly 400 fans cheered Jackelyn Carbajal as she was crowned Miss Fountain Valley 2025 on Feb. 2 at the Saigon Grand Center. She was awarded a $5000 scholarship as well as a Diamond Pendant from Mimi’s Jewelry.
