E ight friends from Fountain Valley took a memorable cruise along the Danube River in July 2025. Gary and Sharen Tait, Laura Flores, Chris Hall, Glenn and Mary Cathy Payne shared the experience as they travelled through Hungary, Grandis, and Darryl and Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
In Budapest, the group toured the Hungarian Parliament, Fishermen’s Bastion and Buda Castle. While in Vienna, they attended a concert at the opera house, visited several museums, and sampled schnitzel and Sacher torte. Following the river cruise, they travelled to Prague, where they admired the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.
