Body “ Just take a moment of silence and hear the children play,” Mayor Glenn Grandis said. The City of Fountain Valley hosted its ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the brand new Universally Accessible Playground in the Fountain Valley Sports Complex at Mile Square Park.

Body The city’s next Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities Dance for Adults with Disabilities is set for Friday, Aug. 4 at the Center at Founder Village Senior & Community Center. The dance is set for 7-9 p.m. The event is open to adults, ages 18 and older.

FV WOMAN’S CLUB TURNS 60

Body The Fountain Valley Woman’s Club celebrated its 60th anniversary in June. FVWC was organized in 1964 by Harriett Sullivan, who is still an active member.
