WALK FOR HOPE ORANGE COUNTY

Body City of Hope hosted Walk for Hope in Orange County on Sept. 8, bringing together nearly 2,000 patients, survivors, friends, and family members. The event raised more than $300,000 to expand City of Hope’s cancer research, clinical trials, and patient care.

MICHAEL ISHII IS INTERIM POLICE CHIEF

Body Michel Ishii, who has served as chief of the Hawthorne Police Department since January 2019, has been named interim chief of the Fountain Valley Police Department. Ishii replaces Chief Matt Sheppard, who retired in July after serving more than 24 years with the FVPD.
