JOURNALING AND MINDFULNESS WITH OCAPICA

Body Take a breath and relax this summer! Learn about mindfulness with a body scan session and a guided journaling session led by an Orange County Asian Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) representative. Free journals will be given out while supplies last.

Seniors Independence Day lunch - July 1
